Impressions from a Trip of a Lifetime!
Last year in October my parents left on a 36-day South America cruise aboard Holland America's ms Zaandam. They got on the ship in Vancouver, traveled down the Pacific coast, rounded Cape Horn, and disembarked in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In total they visited ten countries, took 10 flights, one train ride, and covered 23,000 kilometers - a once in a lifetime trip!
My mum borrowed my Nikon camera prior to leaving and took it along on the cruise. She came back with over 3000 photos! These pictures are too interesting not to share and have inspired me to write several blog posts about Central and South America.
