35 Day Voyage of the Vikings
The Voyage of the Vikings is held once annually during July and August. Although the ports can vary slightly each year, the sailing route traces the early voyages of the Vikings and the first European settlers, making this cruise rich in history and culture.
I sailed on this cruise aboard the ms Veendam during the summer. The ship departed out of Boston and visited ports in eastern Canada, USA, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, The Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, and the Faroe Islands.
